What if there were a space for youth ministry leaders who are hungry to pursue personal and ministry health to regularly connect in a community with others who get it?​​

FALL 2025 COHORT LINEUP
A NEW KIND OF COHORT!
We are excited to be beta testing a new type of cohort. Deep Dive Cohorts feature all the values of a classic YML Cohort (conversation, community, coaching, care, and fun) but zeros the content on a specific aspect of the personal or professional life of a ministry leader.
Our first deep dive is an 8 week journey into HYBRID MINISTRY. We will zero in on how to all about seeking to effectively combine your in person ministry into their digital world.
