These cohorts run the same model of our Core Cohort experience. We simply craft the calls and topics in a way that focuses on specific group of Youth Ministry Leaders.

Deep Dive Cohorts
These cohorts feature all the values of a Core or Focused Cohort with two differences:

We lock in to specific aspect of the personal or professional life of a ministry leader.

If you've never participated in a YML Cohort, we recommend starting with a Core Cohort to get a feel for what we are all about. However, we want you to go with what you think will be best for you.
